Lush: Customer Service Review


 You may remember my January Lust Have It box contained a faulty lush lip product. Click here to read about it.  I contacted LHI immediately who said they would talk to Lush and see what could be done. 


Basically the lip product was missing its applicator which due to the design of the bottle made it impossible to use. LHI informed me via email a week or so later that lush would replace the product and send it to me directly. 
 

I received my parcel today and was amazed at what it contained.  Inside my little parcel was 2 applicators so I could now use the faulty product that was originally sent.  On top of this I received a brand new Emotional Brilliance Cream Eyeshadow which is a beautiful neutral colour and also there was a little sample of Helping Hands Moisturiser. It also included a pamphlet telling the Emotional Brilliance story and details on all the products available in the range. 




Needless to say I'm hugely impressed by Lush's response to this small issue.  They could have just sent out the applicators or a replacement product but instead they went over and above my expectations.  I now have two awesome Lush products and a sample of handcream.  I love sharing positive stories about customer service and this for me, is one of the best.
