February 2013: Top 10 Beauty Products

I can't believe another month has passed already even if it was the shortest month of the year.  February was an awesome month for me; I landed an awesome new job, got a little kitten and really started to feel settled in my new city of Adelaide.  Any-who here's my top 10 products I loved in February!!

1.  Redken Extreme Strength Builder Plus.  I can't even begin to describe how much my hair hates the dry dry weather of Adelaide.  I basically always have it tied up now because it feels like straw to me.  I bought the below treatment mask on the recommendation of a great friend and every day that I use it I can feel my hair get stronger and stronger.  It's packed full of proteins and feels absolutely amazing in my hair.  I'm already seeing awesome results and apparently after a month of use it has transformed your hair!  Cost me around $35 but so worth it!!

2. MUA Undressed Palette.  I've been loving a good old nude eye at the moment and the eyeshadows in this palette are just lovely.  Creamy, shimmery and lovely natural shades.  Speaks for itself really!!

3.  Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Lip Stain in Honey.  A perfect pinky nude shade that I've been wearing almost everyday for work.  Purchased on sale for $10

4.  Limecrime Eyeshadow Helper.  Will you ever hear me stop raving about this product I hear you say?  No, never.  You can read my full review here.

5.  MUA Mega Volume Mascara.  A rubber wand with little bristles that help seperate your lashes and a formula that blackens and thickens your lashes.  Perfect.  And Cheap!
6.  NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils.  I have Milk, Lavender & Yoghurt and love them all the same.  They're so quick and easy to use.  Just use them like crayons on your eyes.  Set with powder (or not) and you're done!  You can see my full review and swatches here

7. Lanolips Golden Ointment Tin - I got this little tin in my David Jones tote earlier in the month and this product is awesome.  I've been rubbing this into my dry cuticles every night before I go to sleep and it's awesome (and not sticky).  Also great for dry elbows, lips, feet and pretty much anything else.  Reminds me of Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream without the funky smell

 8.  Benefit Porefessional Primer - I got this wonderful product from my sister for Christmas and I'm loving it.  It has a velvety texture which provides a perfect base for liquid foundations.

9.  Batiste Dry Shampoo.  This is my holy grail product.  I have an oily scalp and use this product every second day so that I don't have to wash my hair every day.  This is one of those products that I never want to run out of and I have 4 backups in my cupboard (not even joking).

10. Napolon Prismatic Eye Quad #1 - I got this in a gift with purchase last year sometime and I love love love it.  I don't use the navy blue much but the other three colours make an awesome soft matte velvety eye that looks amazing with lashes of mascara!  This has inspired me to try more matte eyeshadows.
And that's my top 10 for February, feel free to ask any questions about any of the products.

Can't believe it's time to say goodbye to Summer and hi to Autumn.  After moving down South from the tropical North this will be my first Autumn (and all other seasons) in nearly 4 years.  I feel cold just thinking about it ha!
