Review: Suigo JoyShair Ultimate Control Haircare

Recently I was contacted by Suigo to trial some haircare products.  I'd read a lot of good reviews about these products so I was excited to try them out. I received a 60ml Shampoo and Conditioner as well as a tub of a conditioning treatment all from the Ultimate Control Range*.

What they say:
The Ultimate range is a perfectly gentle, plant-infused range that cares for your hair. With special intensifying formula, this product can strengthen hair, helping to prevent breakage. Ideal for weak, dull and lifeless hair it will not overload it and will restore condition and elasticity. Ingredients; keratin, bean protein, Madagascar longoza and Sumac nut oil.

What I say:
Straight after using the Shampoo & Conditioner for the first time and while my hair was still wet I could tell how hydrating it was.  My hair already felt lovely and soft.  Once it was dry I could see it had given my hair a little bit more volume and my fine hair was lovely and soft and not weighed down at all.  With fine hair it's always hard to find the happy medium to keeping my hair hydrated but not heavy and weighed down with thick products and these products don't disappoint at all.  The hair treatment requires you to leave on for 20 minutes and apply heat and trust me taking the effort to do this provides amazing results.  My hair felt absolutely amazing after using this treatment

I'm being nitpicky now but there were a couple of downsides.  I found the Shampoo to have a very peculiar plasticy smell.  You can't smell it once you've rinsed it out but it does make me screw up my nose a little when I'm shampooing my hair.  The other thing I found strange is the writing on the back: does anyone else find the following sentence bizarre : "help prevent hair branched, mildly nourish scalp, strengthen hair radicle, recover hair elasticity and luster"
I mean call me dumb but what the heck is a hair radicle? The whole things just reads like a really bad google translate session.  Also there is no ingredient listing on the back.  They are trial sized however so maybe the full sized product has the ingredient listing.

Apart from those few things i thoroughly enjoyed using these products, my hair felt amazing after each use and the treatment made my hair look like I was fresh out of the salon.

If you want to know more about Suigo Haircare or find a local stockist head to otherwise head to where the range can be purchased online.
