This review's a little belated as this product came out quite a while ago and to be honest these pictures have been sitting on my computer for months while I ummed and ahhed about bothering to even blog about it. I figure I can't just tell you about all the good stuff though, gotta keep you informed about the shit stuff too.
This product got so much hype as a dupe for Anastasia Beverly Hills' contour palette but I haven't tried her one so I can't compare at all. I'll just tell you what I think about this one...
The three contouring shades at the bottom are like 3 different shades of mud. I have quite fair skin so maybe it's just a case of them not being the right shade for me but you'd think at least one of them would suit. I found they just made my face looked dirty and more than that they were really hard to blend. The top middle shade which is a yellowy colour is the only shade from the palette I really used and I used it to set under my eyes - the shade was right and helped to hide my dark circles but every time I put my brush in this there was heaps of fall-out and the powder went everywhere. The other two highlight shades were okay but nothing special. I've chucked this whole palette in my free to a good home pile. Obviously there are people who rave about it, so probably a case of heading into a store and swatching it for yourself to see if it's a product that could work for you.
