MorpheMe Makeup Brush Subscription Club - May 2017

MorpheMe Makeup Brush Subscription Club - May 2017 Voyage to Glam

I recently signed up to the MorpheMe Makeup Brush Club and received my first parcel of brushes last month.  You can check out what I got last month by clicking here but it was definitely love at first sight!

I received this month's parcel of brushes a couple of weeks ago but I've been a bit lazy with my blogging lately so these are a bit late going up.  For those of you who don't know the MorpheMe Brush Club is just as it sounds.  You pay a set fee every month ($20USD) and receive $30USD worth of Morphe brushes.  Shipping is free if you live in the US but costs extra for me here in Australia.  They promise to give you anywhere between 3 and 7 brushes per month and never the same brush twice.  They also have the option of a six month or annual subscription which makes it even cheaper.

Morphe Brushes G1, G40, G41, G19, G38 Gunmetal Edition Makeup Brushes from MorpheMe May 2017

The Brushes I received for the month of May were from the Gun Metal edition and this month there were 5 brushes included.  Four of them are face brushes and one is for the eyes.  Included were the G1 Small Buffer, G40 Pro Detail Powder, G41 Mini Contour, G19 Round Liner Contour and the G38 Mini Round Contour.  I'm most excited about the mini contour brush, whilst I don't do a lot of contouring, and when I do I keep it natural, this is the perfect size for contouring the nose or creating more of a precise line on the cheeks.

As always the quality is amazing, all of the brushes are synthetic and the handles are weighted really well.  The Gun Metal edition handles aren't as weighted as the Rose Gold ones from last month but they're still pretty good.

Each parcel comes with a pamphlet explaining what each brush is and briefly how it can be used but there are also YouTube videos for each month with demonstrations on how and where to use these brushes. For us here in Australia including shipping these three brushes cost me $33.20AUD, this will obviously vary a bit each month depending on the currency rate.

If you'd like to sign up to the monthly Morphe Me Brush Club click on this link.  This is an affiliate link so by using this link you will get an extra free brush with your next order and so will I.  You will then be able to do the same thing by referring your friends and earning free brushes for them and yourself.

What's your favourite subscription service at the moment?

* I purchased these brushes myself and have provided an affiliate link which purely gets a free brush for you and a free brush for me.  You're welcome to not use the affiliate code and head straight to the Morphe Me website to purchase without it.

  1. I'm loving this! I did click through so I could see what it would cost to get it sent to the U.K. So after my NYC trip next month I'll probably sign up. (If I do I'll use your link!) Great post x

    1. Thanks Rachel, I think you'll really love them :)

  2. That's a really cool concept! I already have sooo many brushes but I'll keep it in mind for when I'm getting low :)

  3. What do you think of the Morphe brushes compared to other brush brands like Zoeva or Sigma? I've heard some really mixed reviews.

    1. Morphe make a few different ranges. I think the Rose Gold range that I received last month is definitely comparable to Zoeva and Sigma. The brushes I talked about in this post I would say are a little lower in quality than Zoeva or Sigma but it's not a big difference. Honestly for the price difference I would buy my brushes from Morphe over Zoeva or Sigma.

Feel free to comment or ask any questions. I would love to hear from you x
